I need cancel FBA shipment returned it to me . It returned wrong Warehouse .Instead of to return Virginia it returned to Kentucky

Last February 22, 2024, I delivered 2 full boxes of products 18 Units for FBA to my UPS carrier [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]

US as FBA mentioned. Shipment IDFBA17QW52H3Y. Tracking ID 1ZR844X40333131445 ( Box IDFBA17QW52H3YU000001). TRACKING ID 1ZR844X40300408253 ( FBA17QW52H3YU000002) When I came home, I noticed that some SKU labels I forgot to put on some items. I had just dropped off. But it was already too late when I noticed this. The UPS carrier is already closed by then. So, I immediately called Amazon customer support in the evening 22 of February . The Amazon seller support canceled my shipment instead of telling me that it was okay and that we would be just charged extra, for items with no SKU labels. I told him that I already dropped off the package but he insisted that my products would automatically be returned to me. Here is the evidence that your customer support canceled my order while already in transit.

I am just a new FBA seller so during that time, I didn’t know that Stop and Return Requests are not honored if the package was already in transit.

Now, my package has been sitting in your warehouse in [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] for a month already since it arrived last February 27-28. I want to know if you’ll take ownership of this issue and if you have a quick resolution, because the longer my inventory sits in the Kentucky warehouse, the longer I am losing possible profits and valuable time. I contacted the carrier and they provided me the O-code number that Amazon can use that numbers and make request that packges to me . and this is UPS provided me that

As I previously mentioned, all Amazon return packages that move through the UPS system are sent to the Amazon Returns Facility. There are two packages that got returned to the Amazon Returns Facility in Lexington KY in error. These packages have already been delivered to [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]

Unfortunately, UPS is not permitted to go back onto Amazon property to retrieve anything once it has been delivered. You as the customer, need to contact Amazon Customer Service. Request to speak to a Supervisor. Inform the Amazon associate that you have contacted the UPS facility in Lexington KY, and they have provided you with the o-code associated with those packages that were returned. Amazon can track down the packages based off this information and return the packages. If the Amazon associate says they are unable to assist you, request to speak to their superior. This is the process in which we were advised to do from Amazon regarding mis-delivered packages to their facility.

I took a further look into your account and found that Seller Support was assisting you with this situation in cases 14862576831 and 14872025391. Now within case 14862576831, I see that Seller Support has informed you that you were issued a reimbursement for this shipment, however, you later followed up stating that the reimbursement was reversed. Is this still the case? Or have you since received the reimbursement?

If you still need further assistance with this shipment, please let me know!
