The worst support team
Got a violation, not much a big deal, yet I just wanna know how the violation occurs cuz after checking the official guide, no clue.
I tried to reach the support team for a couple of times and they always get back with the EXACT same letter(we are unable to reactivate blah blah blah) regardless of my actual need was to figure out how it happened and to prevent next violation.
It's unbearable to see them perfunctory like that. WORST team support i've ever met. I wish there are more windows for sellers to get help and feedback.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with one of your cases. In some instances there is standard language approved by internal teams and personalized language is not possible, however if you provide your most recent Case ID on this issue I can review and see what options I can offer.
