Has anybody else had an influx of INR on the 23/24 January who use Amazon shipping?

I have been informed that an Amazon collection centre in the north west has sustained storm damage where the roof has collapsed (hopefully nobody was hurt) but this has affected deliveries from this centre. The annoying thing is Amazon have not reached out to those sellers affected which as we know our metrics will take a hit, but the bigger issue is the customers orders, are they damaged, delayed, who knows?

I spoke to Amazon shipping support who told me to lie to my customers! (and yes i did screenshot the chat transcript)
