Hi I have tried to gain approval to sell apple products but there not accepting applications. Amazon have put a copyright infringement on my listing, seller support have been contacted numerous times but they haven’t been of any help

If you don't have approval from Apple, then you cannot sell their products, and that is why you have the infringement. Seller Support can't do anything regarding the approval, as far as I know.

Nobody gets approval to sell Apple unless you are a registered Apple reseller already and there are very few of those.
