There’s an issue with your payment method and your campaigns have stopped delivering.

Hello,

Our advertising company has not been active for several days due to payment problems.

1. We have money in the seller's account

2. As a backup payment method, we have a debit card that also has money on it.

3. Amazon shows that it wants to withdraw $00.00 from us and the “Pay Now” button is not active.

Thus, it turns out that we do not owe anything to Amazon as payment, but because of this error, our advertising campaigns do not work.

We created a case in the advertising section, but still have not received any response.

I do see that you currently have limited account access because you need to complete an identity verification and that is the reason why your campaigns have stopped.

On your global dashboard you can see the following message:

European law requires us, as a payments provider, to take steps so that we can confirm the identity of our customers. Please note that we may need to request additional information to fulfil these requirements and allow you to use our services. To open the Selling on Amazon payment account and to be able to transact on Amazon, you must provide:

Identity Information

Once you complete the identity verification, your payment button should start working, if you have issue with it after, please respond to this thread and we will be happy to take look.
