My account has been deactivated for last 6 months and i am still getting charged

My account has been deactivated by amazon under section 3 in April 2024 and I had nearly 2000$ in balance but amazon refused me to pay and denied reactivating my account. Last month they charged me 340 USD and this month 192USD for no reason. I am not able to close my account after trying 10 times and I am not able to dissolve my inventory as they are saying you do not have rights as your account is being deactivated and they are not closing my account because of the leftover inventory. If you do not reactivate my account how can i remove the inventory, I want to close my account permanently and stop getting charged that much amount of money for no reason.
Please someone help me to close my account.

Sounds like you had unresolved IP violations. In this case, your funds will not be paid to you, all or some of your buyers will receive full refunds (hence the charges). FBA products will be charged storage and long term storage fees until they are "done investigating" in 6-12 months or so, then they will destroy what is left.
