Weird Seller Feedback
A buyer left a 1 star seller feedback saying that he never received the product. On the same day, he initiated a return saying it arrived too late.
We shipped using overnight and it arrrived one day after the order was placed.
We contacted Amazon customer service and they told us that the buyer didn't violate any policy. The only thing we could do is to kindley request the buyer to remove the negative feedback.
@Glenn_Amazonis there anything you can suggest? I know there is no violation but the buyer obviously lied in the seller feedback because he did receive it and he returned it! In this case, will Amazon consider a case-by-case review?
