thank goodness, I’m not alone, I’ve been trying since this morning, driving me insane! Thinking I’m the one that’s not working anymore :rofl::rofl:

I contacted support and it has been sent to a different department for ‘investigation…’

hi, yes i’m finding that i’m having to manually delete stock once its sold as they are not changing to inactive, considering most of my items are usually just one copy in stock its taking quite abit of time staying on top of it as the sold items are still showing as active

Im chatting with someone now, they don’t seem to realise there is an issue

I hope there isn’t an issue with stock depleting, I can deal with stock not being added because I can do that when it is ‘fixed’, but going into a weekend, busy for us, wanting to add stock and make sure things aren’t being sold this could be a long afternoon :hushed:

@Maja_Amazon @Winston_Amazon Is it possible to check into this or escalate as a priority as stock definitely isn’t being updated in terms of ‘adding’, I can’t tell if sales are decreasing values or not though…
