I CANNOT WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY FROM AMAZON TO MY OWN ACCOUNT

I'm writing here as a last resort to get someone to help me. Because I have been a victim of Amazon for exactly 2 months and no one can find a solution. I will explain the incident from the beginning.

For some personal reasons, I changed my bank account linked to Amazon. I added my new account information and started receiving KYC alerts from then on. Seller support said I should contact my PSP regarding this situation. So I contacted Payoneer, which is my PSP. Payoneer told me 'My KYC information has been verified, this needs to be seen by Amazon'. I explained this situation to Amazon again and the seller support team asked me to receive a stamped email from my PSP. I grabbed this from my PSP and sent it to Amazon. and seller support told me once again that my PSP would need to send the information to Amazon for my KYC to be approved. Payoneer says that it is not possible to send extra information to Amazon and that there is no problem with the bank, it is Amazon's fault. Even though I sent my ID card, residence address, bank account statement, my conversations with Payoneer, my stamped email and all my official documents related to Payoneer to Amazon, they still do not help. I CANNOT WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY TO MY OWN ACCOUNT. Look, this is a very bad situation. And rest assured, my psychology has been broken for 2 months. I NEED MONEY AND AMAZON WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY.

I tried everything I could. I closed my Payoneer account, opened a new account and added that information to Amazon, but the result is always the same. Seller support was never helpful. My money was stuck with Amazon for 2 months and I even considered suicide. I don't know what more I can do. Seller support doesn't even give an explanation anyway. They don't even give information about what documents are required. All they say is that PSP should forward this information to us. Payoneer says this is not possible and they do not have such a workflow. Amazon asked me for a stamped email and said if you receive it the KYC will be completed. Again nothing changed. I'm starting to think you're making fun of me. LOOK I'M REALLY BORED, SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME. AMAZON SHOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY NOW. I CAN GIVE YOU THE CASE ID OF THIS SITUATION. @Ricardo_Amazon

Can you please confirm the issue has been resolved?
