Listing keeps showing missing offer

I have deleted and recreated my listing multiple times and it keeps showing 'missing offer'. When I clicked on edit listing, it shows:

This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification.

Can someone advise

I wanted to reach out to you to see if you were still getting the error message: "This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification?"

I didn't see a case filed with Selling Partner Support recently regarding experiencing this issue. If you haven't yet reached out, please contact them first and provide them with as much detail as possible such as:

  • The ASIN you are trying to edit
  • Steps you are taking to get the error message "This SKU has an inconsistent product classification with the ASIN. Please submit a feed to update this SKU to match the ASIN product classification?"
  • Screenshot of the error message
  • Any batch IDs you have uploaded when you tried deleting and relisting the ASIN
  • Any additional information that might be useful to their investigation.

Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
