We recently had one of our product listings blocked with the reason Product Safety Issue. The product is a natural food supplement based on plants, registered as a complement alimentaire in France and compliant with EU regulations.

We have reviewed the label and usage instructions carefully, and we’re unsure what part of the listing may have triggered this restriction.

Before submitting any documentation or labeling file through the appeal system, we would like to better understand:

What exact element might be flagged in such cases?

Is there a recommended wording or format to prevent triggering future “product safety” violations?

We’re concerned because this label is used across multiple listings, and submitting it as a “proof” without clarity might risk broader blocks.
