Recently, I changed my phone and erased my old phone which has the authenticator app I used for my OTP.
Unfortunately, I do not have a backup method showing on account, so, my only option is the authenticator app which I have no longer access to it.
I contacted seller support from the seller app for over 3 weeks trying to solve the issue with them, but not a single action was taken to recover my issue, over the phone, via email and chat. The only step they take is transfer my case to the technical team, which does nothing whatsoever. Only once I received an email saying my OTP has been disabled, but it wasn't.
I went through the account verification process to recover my account, and uploaded my national ID, the trade license (since this is a business account) and even my passport, several times, absolutely nothing happened.
another week has passed and I was logged out of the seller app, now, I have absolutely no access to my account and I tried contacting seller support again via email, and all the responses I receive from them are generic problem solving, nothing can be used in my case.
I am really getting frustrated with the level of support I'm getting.
Is there any way anyone knows of that I can reach out to the technical team directly? Or, is there any way I can really talk to someone that can do something?
