Trying to reinstate my account but not receiving performance notifications replies

I have submitted an appeal to reinstate my account on 7/31/2024 and I received the below reply in a case created by Amazon (case # 15747102031)

So I have checked my performance notifications but I didn't find any new reply at all
the last performance notifications message was dated 7/24/2024
Now I don't understand what does this sentence mean? (At this point, we are resolving this case as your original concern has been addressed.)
is my appeal currently being reviewed ?
shall I wait for a new notification in the (performance notifications) or shall I go ahead and submit a new appeal
