Hi, I wanted to sell refurbished product, I already got an approval for the Amazon Refurbished program. I'm buying product from an authorized distributor, had to submit photos, a letter from the company "X" saying that the company who is selling me the product is doing the refurbished process and they can sell their products, invoices, etc. Now I wanted to get an approval to sell the brand and I was declined 3 times, no information was given, I had to submit the same information and a letter saying the authorized distributor, and I can sell those products as well, I just don't understand what information is needed. The distributor has told me they sell to another amazon seller and they haven't had any issues like the one I'm having rigth now.
