Confirm delivered still given refund
Amazon really need to help sellers , we sold a product in Dec 18 confirmed delivered on the 29th. Customer try’s it on 5th Jan but backed off when we showed the the tracking.
On checking their address we had come across the customer before on eBay and guess what tried the same thing and were blocked which we informed Amazon of the behaviour.
Now over 3 months later they have raised a A to Z and Amazon rolled over and gave money back even thou the tracking showed the delivery and ignored the fact they are a known thief that they know about. Really disgusted at Amazon and another reason we have pulled half our inventory off the channel as simply no point selling at loss and having no back up

If it was funded by you, not by Amazon, and if the value makes it worth you spending any time on this then simply send the customer a Letter Before Action [plenty of templates available on google] and demand payment by xxxx date to prevent you taking this to small claims court, at which point the customer would face court costs, your admin cost of £150? and a CCJ as well as the item price.
