Help Needed: Buy Box & Competitive Price Match Issue
Hi Amazon Forum Support and Members,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue with one of my listings, which is an Amazon Choice product for which I am the brand owner. Recently, it’s been priced out of its own buy box due to the competitive price match requirement, which suggests that I should match my website’s price on Amazon.This requirement is challenging given the added costs of selling on the Amazon platform. To clarify, the product’s current price is consistent across all third-party marketplaces we list on. I opened a case with Seller Support over a week ago but have not received any updates.If possible, I’d appreciate any guidance or support on removing this pricing requirement from my listing.Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi- I have now updated my website price to match the amazon price. Please see case 10470067312- I would really appreciate if this price match violation is removed as I am losing sales.
