Glitch of change of storage type - Loosing Hope

So Amazon FBA has changed the storage type of some of our items from clothing and footwear - to Standard size- The items are footwear and trousers. so quite clearly a mistake. We do not sell anything that is classed standard size.

We noted this in Januray under shipment as it was flagged as being over limit. We opened a case and got assured it would be fixed.

Never got fixed, so opened up another case and after only two replies- they stopped replying, even tho we kept chasing and now its in status of transfered (you never get an alert this has been done)

The start of this month we got hit with a inventory storage overage fee of almost 7K

Every time a case is now opened they put it into transfered; which is as good as closing the case.

It really seems like no one is interested in helping. Has anyone else had this issue? and can any mod please help
