Getting product size tier before shipping?

I have an item being listed, asin 1982121521, and my program is saying that the fee preview is more than it should be. Yes, I know about the revenue calculator (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/fba/revenuecalculator/index?lang=en_US) and the size-tiers (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GPDC3KPYAGDTVDJP), and the Fee Preview Report.

The first two won't give you the tier. The FPR will, but the item has to be sent in and in inventory first! Is there another way?
