Can't access the Account Info page

I was just going to slip holiday settings on but I can’t access the account info page.

Each time I try it tells me “You do not have access to the requested global page. Please switch to an authorised account, or contact your administrator to request access.” I select the UK option and then it just cycles back.

I had the same issue but have found a way around it.

You can bypass the problem by using this link. (it’s a shorthand version of a link to the global holiday setting page, which still works).

This will take you to the US Holiday Settings page and you can put ALL market places in holiday mode (including EU).

I rang seller support, they’re aware of the issue and are fixing it apparently. So erm good luck with that everyone.
