Payment pending. Is it really Awaiting payment verification?
Hi All;
Just curious, when we have a pending order, either FBM or FMA, is it that the customer just put the product in their basket and have not checked out? Or is it really "awaiting payment verification as it says? Like their credit card is invalid.

FBA pending may just be Amazon stuff going on -- could be nothing whatever to do with buyer payment. Or not.
FBM orders showing pending for any length of time means the buyer has ordered it, but their payment method is not working. You do not see "pending" for items that have just been put in a cart. Only when they have been ordered.
