Track 24 Royal Mail Price fee
Hi All,
Please we pay £6.09 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 service but the Royal Mail Manager believes we are paying more than expected for this seller fufilled prime service and should pay less. Who sets the prices on Amazon central because the cost prices on the invoice we receive is £2 less than the price on Amazon seller central? What do you advise on how we approach this? Is your Royal Mail business account linked to Amazon? If so, you don’t get your Tracked 24 from Amazon, you’re buying them on your OBA through Amazon, so you’re being charged and invoiced by Royal Mail directly.
Edit - The price displayed on Amazon for the label is an estimate. It’s only what you pay if you’re buying a non-account service and so are paying Amazon for the label.
