Account level reserve - FBA only seller
Why would I have an account level reserve and receive a partial disbursement when all our products are FBA and there are no issues with our account? My last disbursement yesterday was less than half of the balance. There is an account level reserve balanced with the remainder. All our products are on FBA and there are no a-z or problems on the account that I can see. Any ideas?

We have the exact same issue. I believe many sellers are having the same problem. Pointless opening a caselog as they do not get answered.
