A-Z Claim opened up and it is AMAZON's FAULT!!!

After communicatiting with the buyer, we found that the Amazon "Ship to Insallation" feature had the tire shop location incorrect in their system. When the order was processed, the delivery address was provided to us incorrectly based on the data Amazon gave the buyer. The order was shipped and delivered to the address requested. Buyer calls the install shop and they told him that the location that it was shipped was the old location and they did not update their information with Amazon. The buyer understands it is not our fault either. Amazon still advised him to do an A-Z claim. Now it is affecting me and coming out of my pocket. To make up the amounf of this order, I have to give up 4 days of profit. That is unaccaceptable! This is AMAZON's responsibility to provide the accurate information for their ship to installer options. Please HELP!
