Basically, if you don’t have an office or warehouse that is actually staffed and managed, in the UK, you are a NETP.
As such, you do not have the benefit of the threshold (85k, not £80k), and will have to register for VAT, the moment your goods hit the UK shore.
If your really not sure and want to confirm it, ring HMRC. They will tell you straight.

Depends on what you sell
Why are you asking ?
Seller_XWGbfU644XAkQ

Watching this thread as we’re in the same situation

Currently 129 companies are registered at your address.

So from the information in companies house, you are located in Pakistan.
That is what you need to get verified. You are a NETP and will need to register for VAT, before you hold any stock in the UK.

ohhh…it’s mean somebody scammed me…
you means to say that my account is deactivated because of VAT
Seller_7VbclcPFFRTnc
No , that’s a whole separate issue but you do need to register for vat - but you already know that from your previous thread
You are not verified because they rejected your utility bills
Seller_esvgLzKXw2YAl
You haven’t been scammed, at least I don’t think so. But you can’t claim status as a UK based company, because you are not located in the UK. You have to provide your own details, as well as the companies registered address.
I added the mention about VAT, because you don’t seem to understand what your doing. You do not get a selling threshold for VAT, when you are not located in the UK and store your goods here.
Basically it’s a warning. ie. don’t send stock to the UK, without registering for VAT first.

the person provide me the address and other documents says that this is not virutal and he provided me the broadband bill as a proof.
i also provide my own details and my personal address my personal ID Card my personal bank detail to Amazon.

Ok, in that case, it sounds like they are trying to work the system.
This the law that they are trying to get you around, which is really not a good idea.
Of all the various agencies etc, HMRC is possibly the most powerful and the one that you don’t want to cross.
Take a look at the below link, it gives a fairly detailed explanation of the way things work.

So most likely a forged utility bill ?!
Seller_XWGbfU644XAkQ
thanks for your precious time and replies [The_Little_Shop] and [Neil]

So, the ‘person’ you are dealing with is misleading you and not totally honest.
Seller_rGtEcZnu0JTRD
And if they have forged documents that have then been provided to Amazon, then it may well be game over, as that is a Red Liine you cannot cross with Amazon, forged documentation will be almost impossible to recover from.

No, this is enough to run a business.
