Hi is there a team I can contact about this. I set up an account today (10/09/24) and was instantly charged £30. My account appears to be deactivated and I have pressed to downgrade to an individual plan.
Is there a team I can contact to get this charge reversed, I do not need a pro plan.

You'd have to open a case with Support and ask for a refund.

All new accounts are deactivated whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info. You are wise to downgrade to the individual plan until you are fully verified, so that you don't pay any more monthly fees.
Hi, I had a similar problem when I set up and I THINK the £30 is compulsory for the first month but then you can switch to individual selling plan after that.

I contacted the partner team and I was informed that the refund cannot be processed if the account is in deactivated or terminated status.
Once the account is activated please let me know and I will make a new request.
