Hello

I have 156 units (3 different SKUs) were received at FC on 6 July 2024, of which 100 units are the same ASIN but is showing ZERO inventory on my inventory page, when clicking Zero, it does not show any reservation etc details. Listing is inactive. All other 2 ASINS are ok. The status of shipment is closed. It is not showing FC transfer.

But from shipment details, the units have arrived altogether. After rounds of cases with seller support I am really getting no where to get an understanding of what is going on.

Can anyone please shed some light, or if Amazon colleagues can kindly help? @Simon_Amazon
