FBM vs FBA
I'm interested in sellers opinions about FBM vs FBA - especially if you've changed to FBM in the last year or so.
I've been selling on Amazon for well over 20 years and I've done both but only FBA for years now.
With the Place of Establishment chaos that happened a while ago and the GPSR that's coming soon (together with all the other difficulties sellers have now - honestly, it used to be good!), I'm thinking of switching back. I am in the UK and only sell in the UK but I don't trust, for one moment, that Amazon will continue to say that they don't need the GPSR information in these circumstances and, with FBA, you can't exclude NI (they seem to have ruled out this changing).
I'm small (around 500 orders a month) but I'm lucky if I receive one or two feedback per month - sometimes its zero. This means that one negative feedback would be an issue. My sales would also drop. Last time I tried this, my sales fell through the floor - this isn't as big a concern because this is no longer a main income for me - just a side line - and I could also add Ebay to make some of the loss up.
On the other hand, the extra control is very appealing at the moment!
I would be really interested to hear other sellers view about this.

Were the opposite, do both but thinking of changing to solely FBA, mainly to free up time and focus on eBay . FBM makes up most of our sales, so will see a drop in sales but like you the stress and the uncertainty of Amazon makes me feel i need more control. Going through the esatablishment verfication early on the year was bad enough, but it seems verifications in genral now are much harder to get through (should really get easier the longer you are on here). Depressing sometimes to read through the forums and read sellers struggling through no fault of their own.
