Will the item be refunded?
4 days ago a customer told Amazon he wanted to return the item as he had bought it by mistake.
I authorized it to be returned supplied the label for download etc , but have not received the item back. now I keep getting bugged by amazon saying I must respond & that there is a refund pending - what am I now supposed to do to stop this customer from keeping the item & getting a refund??
Maybe we can all get our Christmas presents this way without actually having to pay for them!!

DO NOT refund until you receive the item back we have 4 of these in our seller central dashboard
for orders from earlier in the year asking to refund for goods i never received back and i just take a lot of no notice of them i refuse to refund for goods i never had back
