FBA-Related Customer Reviews - Not Removed
Has anyone managed to successfully delete customer reviews from an Amazon product page?
Some reviews on our page violate Amazon's guidelines, particularly those related to shipping problems, even though we utilize Amazon Shipment and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) services. Despite reporting these violations multiple times, we consistently receive automated responses from Amazon regarding the process of reporting customer feedback. Amazon suggested reaching out to community-help@amazon.com via email, but it's been over a month, and we haven't received any response.

Customer product reviews are one of the more perplexing processes associated with selling on Amazon. You will see a number of discussions in these forums about the inability of a seller to get a product review removed. I am linking you to the help page for product reviews. Please be sure to read and acknowledge the list of actions that are violations of policy relative to product reviews. Note that Amazon has a zero-tolerance policy towards any customer reviews violations. If we detect any attempts made by a seller to manipulate customer reviews, we take immediate actions that may include removal of selling privileges, legal action, removal of existing product reviews and the blocking of any new product reviews.
I noticed in your post that you referred to both "customer reviews" and "customer feedback." I want to emphasize that these are two different things. Customer reviews are about the product, and seller feedback is about the seller and the purchase experience. Customer reviews do not affect your seller performance metrics, but seller feedback can have an impact on your seller performance metrics.
