I mean , we are the reason amazon is in business, why do they treat us like this?

To start with, you'd need a more comprehensive reason than 'crappy service'. If that was reason enough, almost all large businesses would be sued to the ground XD

you'd have to make a detailed comprehensive list of their failings, check the tos, and then maybe claim for breach of contract. Unfortunately there's almost certainly a clause in the contract that says 'suck it up buttercup'.

It is possible to create a community of sellers in a certain area and get together to create a physical department store. This would however require some partners being more prominent which could cause as many problems as if they had equal shares.
