How to keep track of fba refunds ? does any one know how it works
Hi All,
We have some goods with FBA UK. We keep getting Amz notices of them refunding the customers . We check to see if there is relating item (s) under ‘unfulfillable’, but nothing. We keep asking Amazon , they really have no idea. We can’t find a report giving us tracking of these refunds and associated products but nothing there.
Can any one help by telling us how to monitor these? At present, clearly more than the profit we make goes to refunds.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can manually follow these, but it’s actually quite a longwinded process.
There are couple of reports that you need to use to compare data.
I find it far easier to use software, to monitor instead.

Reports -> Fulfilment by Amazon -> FBA Customer returns. There is also a report for reimbursements.

It seems, it’s impossible to track these returns to know what will happen to them. Do you know what Amazon calls the refund if any in the transaction file? Does it have reference to the order number? I can’t find even one refund relating to the transactions of 90 days , even though more than 40 refunds has been raised. May be we are looking in the wrong place.
