KYC Verification Nightmare!! Listings De-Activated

Can someone from Amazon verification please help me.
We have been selling successfully on amazon for 7 years with no issues. My uncle owned the business until January 2024 when he resigned and I bought the business from him. I am now the 100% shareholder.
I uploaded all the new info onto amazon in Feb 2024. In June I received a notice saying amazon needs to verify a few things... no worries I thought. I sent amazon everything they needed from companies house including all the necessary documents showing that the shares are now 100% mine.
Every time I have sent any document to amazon it has come back and invalid. Which is an utter joke as they are literally on companies house for all to see.
Today they de-activated all of my listings in November 2024 right before Christmas. BRILLIANT!!
Amazon is now losing me thousands of pounds daily and I can not shift stock. All because of an issue that is clearly from within Amazons staff that clearly can not read simple documents.
Someone needs to do something to fix this as I am tearing my hair out running in circles with their robotic messaging and staff that offer to help but actually can't help at all because I am not allowed to actually speak to a real person from the verification team.

No-one here can help you with this, and no-one from verification will ever look at the forum or your post. The only option might be to escalate it to the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk - you will need to give them any case numbers that you have opened with seller support (NO Support !!!)

Unfortunately, the verificaiton team will not speak to you.
Even going through to managingdirector - you end up being funneled back to verification and they still won't speak to you.
Currently i'm being asked for documents (that we can't provide but you can't speak to anyone to complain about it) but also being asked to upload it. I can't, because I need to also upload my new passport). So I can't submit the page without that. But I can't apparently submit a new passport until I submit the documents, which I can't do, because I can't submit the passport.
And so the circle continues.
