SELLER CENTRAL SUPPORT ASSISTANCE REQUIERED URGENTLY

I am locked out of my SELLER CENTRAL account.

I go through the password recovery screens to message amazon about regaining access to my account.

As a means of resolution they tell me to log into my account and change something, notwithstanding the fact that I can not log into the account and inform them of this.

As I have to create a new ticket on the password recovery page to inform them of this, they tell me that they can not find the business name and to log into my account to update it, notwithstanding the fact i have explicitly informed them that I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.

i am beginning to think your 'support' team are deliberately antagonising me, as i fail to see how any process or system can be as inadequate and unfit for purpose as this. To tell me to reply to their message by logging into my account, notwithstanding the fact i have explicitly informed them that I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. is just treating my issue with pure contempt.

This is despite asking numerous times for someone to call me back or email me directly without using their system, however as they are it seems, deliberately antagonising me they keep replying in a way that means i can not even respond. As i am locked out of my account.

This is an absolutely disgraceful way to treat any customer, I have paid amazon for a service, you are in breach of contract as you are not providing that service, you make it absolutely impossible to even discuss the issue with anyone that can help me.

I am surprised that you can post on the forum if you are locked out.

Have you tried clicking on the Amazon Seller Central Europe icon on the top left of the screen while you are in the forums?

What happens when you do this? Any error message?

I assume this is still in relation to their previous thread. They aren't locked out in the literal sense - as they can access the forum - its just they appear stuck on being asked to change their charge method, but can't or are stuck somewhere in verification for the UK.

I sympathise. A moderator might be able to help like @Winston_Amazon or @Julia_Amazon etc

Completely hopeless is an understatement.

I am completely locked on this page and cannot access anything whatsoever, no matter what I click on, the only thing i can do is access other marketplaces, but that is as I have also discovered pointless.

(are you using a computer or phone/tablet? Some buttons don't work on mobile devices)
