Desperately need help asap
I decided to start on amazon a year and a half ago, bad idea! Up to date I have never sold 1 item. So these are the odds that are against me at the moment and I have decided to quit this journey. I have lost too much money and I am still losing!"
1. Amazon deactivate my account, saying someone is using the same account as mine, even thougth I given proof that I am the sole owner of the account and no one has access.
2. They lost 100 of my items over a year ago, I requested for it to be returned to my address, then they found it and lost it again.
3. I send 18 different new items in April, they blocked the items, then I tried to let it returned to my address. Today I got an email that it has been destroyed! This is beside me. I cant get to speak to no one!
4. They have taken out £77 out of my account and my account is deactivated.
I am seeking any advise I can get, I just need my money, my goods and the account close. This is too much for me.
