Hello, my account has been suspended. However, I sent my documents and they were rejected straight away. Why don't Amazon employees, who reviewed 18 documents in 6 hours, receive my call record? The call request button has been deleted and I can no longer create a call. I need urgent help on this. First of all, I will close my sale on Amazon. But Amazon has to give me the money in my account and provide information. Amazon, which accused us of fraud, closed my account to cover up its own crimes. My Canada account has 212 violations, no customer complaints, but it has been suspended and closed. I had two violations on my American account, but I submitted my documents to resolve it, but they closed it immediately. It's tiring for me to have the account closed due to a violation and the explanations and answers being the same. I'm bored, how should I go about talking about this situation?

You can NOT close a suspended account.
No, the didn't close but SUSPENDED your account. It will stay in the big Amazon memory for other 100 years....
Since they accused you of fraud you will not get your money most probably, especially if you have sold branded products. So, even if you would be able to talk to someone that would not help at all.
And don't try to create a second seller account, this one would also be suspended immediately. Sorry for not having better information.
Take some hours and read the countless threads about suspended accounts in this forum.
