About CPSC review
Hello!
I had submitted all the CPSC documents required for compliance on Aug 6th and as of now the case has been under review for almost 2 weeks.
This is not normal, usually within 48-72 hours the compliance team will review and notify you of approval, or if they need any additional documents they will ask you for more.
But this time, they were silent. I didn't hear back, which seriously affected my sales plan.
The link remains in unsellable status and Amazon has removed my link.
Do you have any suggestions on how to upgrade and comply? @Michelle_Amazon @Stevie_Amazon

Thanks for letting me know about this. I've reviewed the details.
The Compliance team is addressing requests but may have a slight backlog currently. I did review case 15780963711 and it has been proceed successfully and the ASIN is approved.
Regarding case 15780873191, I would recommend giving some more time for the team to review the details and process it. Please refrain from updating the case as that could cause additional delays with processing of the request.
