Received Approval in Wrong Cateogry
My product is new.
It received approval to be listed in "Grocery & Gourmet Foods"
However, when I try to edit the listing, it was moved to "Health & Household"
Now I am blocked from editing the listing, and I get the error:
"We are not accepting applications to sell
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"
This is a new product which I developed myself. It received approval to sell, but in the wrong category. And now I cannot get the approval in the correct category. This seems like an internal error at Amazon.
Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to proceed?

When you open a case with seller support, ask that the case be elevated to the catalog team.
