Failed when trying to print master box labels (FBA shipping)
Hello, I'm having a problem when printing shipping labels (master box) for FBA to the United States, remembering that I'm in Brazil.
It displays the following error in red writing: "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later."
I've tried several times to refresh the page and repeat the process, but without success, has anyone experienced this and knows how to proceed?
