fulfilled by Amazon Open Orders
How long will Amazon keep orders open before returning that merch to be available to new buyers. I have open order that show as old as 3 weeks FBA. I have 91 orders with many items in limbo as a result of this. I would think 7 days is plenty and 3 weeks is excessive. Is there a way to get those products released and back for sale again?

Are you referring to pending orders? If so, they can stay pending for up to 21 days (for FBM). Not sure about FBA. Is all your inventory active?

On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
