Two years ago Amazon sold my "Compendium of Interventions.." arould the world, printing the books and selling them. The book is currently available by Kindle but it is noted that it is not available since the publisher is not printing it. I thought that Amazon was the publisher!!! Aren't you supposed to print and sell the book? My other book "Physical medicine interventions for Skeletal and Cardio..." Amazon is selling but contacting me to send the book and I have it printed locally. I'd like the Compendium to also be sold by having Amazon contact me to send that book as well, at least in the U.S., since for some reason Amazon has stopped printing it. Does anyone have a phone number for Amazon sellers' central?
