I'm the Brand Registry Registered Owner, but Amz Reps Say My Products are Owned by Another Rep

Hi there community,

It was recommended by @Jim_Amazon and @Dougal_Amazon to repost my issue to which they said they would help.

Amazon is taking down our products due to a possible 'trademark infringement' on this brand that we are registered with on Brand Registry.

My case with Brand Registry continues (case: ID 15280564271). Again, I am the rights owner and administrator for the brand, ****. Brand Registry has my name and email attached to all brands that we have registered with the US Trademark Office. I'm logged into Brand Registry under that particular email. Also, our Selling account is on registered on the dashboard. I can see the Merchant token in the Brand Registry Dashboard.I am replying to a case inside of my Brand Registry account and even though I can see the brand is registered to my name and the selling account is in the dashboard, the reply I am getting is,

"We've reviewed and found that your listing uses the protected trademark term of another rights owner '[****]'..... If you want to continue using the existing brand name: ****

Share a letter of authorization or licensing agreement proving that you're authorized by the rights owner to create and list products using [INSERT PROTECTED BRAND NAME] trademarked term......

-Best regards,

------

Amazon Brand Registry Support"

I can't figure this one out. Why do all of this registration with Brand Registry and get registered only to have to repeat the process when they mess up on a violation?
