US Marketplace Grayed out

Hello,

I am a new seller trying to list my first product. My Account health for the US, Canada, and Mexico are all in good standing and I am registered to sell in all 3 countries; however when I am listing my first product the US marketplace option is grayed out. I cannot figure out what the reason is.. Please see the attached screenshot.

Please help, I am looking to list my product asap!

Hi there @Seller_aIPsEYBVtVcbF,

I'm sorry you are having difficulties listing your product. It may be that the ASIN isn't accepted for Global Fulfillment or that you are missing an offer in those regions. In order to investigate can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case that includes your ASIN on this issue? Thank you for your understanding.
