Product Size tier updated, but no reimbursement issued
I restocked an old product and this time packing size was different, I updated the correct size at backend, the first order received on Jan 12 2025, I noticed an increase fullfilment fee. A remeasurement request was initiated on Jan 18 which was resolved on Jan 30 2025 with a reimbursement of 58$, the size tier was changed as well and change was not reflecting is seller central.
I again approched the support and expalin the situation, that there is some mistake as impacted orders are more then 300 but you reimbursed me only for few orders.
And from here their experiment start, this time dimensions updated in the system and it start showing correctly in seller central but no reimbursement was made.
In next few days i made multiple requests, on every request they change the dimensions back to incorrect dimensions and they again to correct dimensions, this experiment of amazon cost me further in shape of higher fullfilment fees.
Two weeks ago i complied all the ordrs where i was charged higher fee and found that there was 294 orders and reimbursement amount should be 549.78$, I shared this list with support and they keep investigating it for two weeks and after two weeks strangly they close the case and now when i am asking the chat support to provide me an update on it there is no update.
Now a new request is raised by chat support agent and new ongoing investigation.............
