Brand Registry Documents that qualifies you as manufacturer

I am in the process of enrolling in Brand Registry and have encountered an issue regarding the required documentation.

During the enrollment process, I am prompted to upload a document that qualifies me as a manufacturer under the following instruction

:“If you select the option stating that you have your own manufacturing setup for your brand, you’ll have the opportunity to upload a document that qualifies you as a manufacturer.”

However, there is no description or guidance on what specific documents are acceptable for this requirement. Could you please clarify which types of documents are considered valid proof of being a manufacturer?

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so I can proceed with my Brand Registry enrollment.

OP: "During the enrollment process, I am prompted to upload a document that qualifies me as a manufacturer under the following instruction"

This is correct. Remember, you are not selling someone else's manufacturer product, you are selling yours. You are the manufacturer., no different that Sony or Kellogg's.

1. You own your brand name.

2. Your brand name on the product.

3. Your own the GS1 UPC associated with each different product.

4. You are in possession of all COC testing that may be necessary to sell your product in the USA.

5. Your packing of the product meets USA standards for sale in the USA.

6. Your packaging has all necessary warnings to be sold in the USA.

That is the documentation Amazon wants to see. It all will be in your brand's name.

Now, what did you send?

No invoices. No who or where the product is made, (Country will be shown in your packaging photos) It all starts and stops with you.
