iPhone 16 Cases

Hello everybody,

Apple is expected to unveil its new iPhone 16 phones this September. Of course, as a seller selling accessories for apple, we are preparing for this period. The reason I am making this post is to express the problem that I and many other sellers experienced last year. To request an explanation from Amazon on this issue. Last year amazon closed all the listings in my store because I used the word “iPhone 15”. Many other sellers also had this problem. This was because Apple had not yet released the “iPhone 15” phones. In order for us to start selling phone cases on Apple's launch date, we need to create our listings before Apple's launch date and send the products to the Amazon warehouse. If this year amazon will forbid us to use the word “iPhone 16” before Apple's launch, how should we proceed? I would be happy if you share information on this subject.

Thank you.

Good Evening @Seller_zAvHjnG93GWeP,

It looks like you have reached out to Selling Partner Support and they provided you guidance on CASE ID ending in 2901. I know it was probably not the news you were hoping for but at least you were able to get your question answered. Please let me know if you have any further questions about the outcome of this case.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
