Auto authorised one customer order

Just had another auto authorised return from a customer same order for 3 return requests over the last month, 2 of them for Incompatible or not useful for intended purpose and 1 of them for Better price available, so 1 order with 3 different royal mail postage labels with different tracking numbers, anybody else seen this happen thanks

yes often happens. In theory the labels are only charged once scanned, so unless the customer does use all three labels (which would be to your return address, unless they doctor the labels) you’d only be charged for one label, if they even return the item.
