Seeking Community Forum Assistance for Browse Node Issue - Case ID 14193244401

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance within the community forum regarding a browse node issue that I have been trying to resolve with Amazon Seller Support. My case ID is 14193244401.

The issue pertains to browse nodes for two of my products, which are currently misclassified. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this issue through direct communication with Amazon Seller Support, the nodes remain incorrect. This misclassification is causing confusion among customers, as the product details do not accurately reflect the nature of the items.

I am reaching out to the community forum in the hope that fellow sellers may have encountered similar challenges or that Amazon managers or experts can provide guidance on how to effectively address this situation. I am seeking insights, advice, or a recommended course of action to ensure accurate product categorization and enhance the shopping experience for Amazon customers.

Your collective expertise and support would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

Canada Booth

Hi @Seller_VJYTKFlPXqpGL, I see that that case ID pointed me to a different one where the last correspondence was Seller Support stating that you would receive an email with the results of your category change proposal within 72 hours. Did you receive this email?
