Brand Registery rejections
Hi everyone,
I’m seeking advice on a persistent Brand Registry rejection issue for my UK-registered trademark: 2Go2PetCare (UK Trademark No: UK00004109839, filed as a design mark).
I’ve now had two rejections. The first was a few months ago, where Amazon support mentioned my website branding did not match the trademark (I was using “2Go2Global” at the time).
Since then, I have:
1- Registered a new brand website: 2Go2PetCare.com
2- Designed and produced physical packaging (box and shampoo bottles) with the trademarked logo permanently printed on them — not stickers or mock-ups
3- Taken clear, high-resolution product and packaging photos
4- Confirmed my Amazon seller account is active and healthy
I do not have a product listing yet, as this is a new product that is not currently available on Amazon. This may be why an ASIN wasn’t found during the review, but I’ve ensured that the brand is clearly and permanently displayed on the packaging.
Despite all of this, my new application was again instantly rejected with a generic message that listed reasons like policy violations, related account issues, or insufficient branding — none of which seem to apply in my case.
I’m more than happy to provide proof, and product images, and even do video verification if needed. I’ve reviewed all Amazon eligibility and enrollment guidelines and believe my application should now qualify.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
