Hello,

I've been asking for over 4 years now to get my account balance paid.

I was asked since then to authentify myself in video call : I did.

I was asked to update my payment debit and credit information : I did.

I was asked to delete a product that was on my store : It was done years ago and no more to be found.

I do not plan to sell anymore or list or relist any product. I just want to get my due paid. I am not having any return other than being stuck in a loop of automated messages.

Please, help me find a solution.
