UPS SHIPPING LABEL

Normally when I generate a USPS shipping label the order can be placed in the mail box. Box but with a UPS label I have to actually go to the facility. Is there away to schedule a UPS pick up for small packages?

Yes, but UPS does not do free pickups. You can sign up for daily pickup service through UPS or you can schedule one time pickups through their website. I think for daily pickups you have to have a UPS account, so if you don't have one you would need to sign up for one. The standard UPS Daily Pickup Rate is $30.00 per week. For scheduling individual pickups, UPS Same Day Pickup is $13.00, and UPS Future Day Pickup is $8.00. So, as you can see, it isn't cheap. I personally just drop my stuff off at The UPS Store every day so I don't have to pay these high charges and I can just drop my stuff off at the end of the day and don't have to worry about missing the pickup driver, but if that isn't convenient for you, you may wish to set up a pickup at your location.

Depending on your business this may, or may not be a good option. To manage handling time (which impacts the BB) we pay $15 a week to have UPS paickup at our location each day. It gets the hub scan in quicker for us.
